I was looking for a dentist for our family and one of our friend mentioned this practice, also mentioned they have a dentist who is Hungarian. So i checked on NHS website the practice and the reviews as well. We registered with them... And all I can say that is AMAZING!!!!! The ladies at the desk are really friendly, help is there! The dentist is really good, the assistant is really nice as well. I am scared of dentist really badly but when I visited for a check up, they calmed me down so much so I wasn't scared anymore. People leave feedback that they never pick up the phone.... Well i rang them twice and both time they picked up the phone. Really good dentist practice. Really happy with them!!! ~ Tamas V

We have been attending the practice for some years now and have always been looked after in a very professional manner, the staff are polite and easy to speak to, our dentist Orse is brilliant, our son is autistic and Orse takes time to make sure that he is comfortable and happy with every aspect of our son's care, he had his first filling last week and Orse spent time explaining exactly what everything was and what he was doing every step of the way. I am lucky enough to be registered with Dr Ors Nagy. Not only is he just a lovely guy (an old soul I suspect, been here many times) but his depth of knowledge as a dentist is outstanding. I cannot tell you how many times he picks up on things other dentists miss or overlook. He is gentle and observant and I suspect incredible with children who are often (understandably) scared of dentists. Surprised he has not gone into teaching, can so see him as a professor. My mother and I feel extremely blessed to have been cared for by Dr. Ors Nagy for many years. He was not only an outstanding and knowledgeable dentist but also a genuinely lovely person — someone you could truly trust. He was always so friendly and warm during our check-ups. We understand that Dr. Ors Nagy’s family must come first and fully respect his decision to return to Hungary for the sake of his children and family. However, it was a real shame that we didn’t know he was leaving, as we were unable to bid him farewell and send our best wishes before he left the UK permanently. We wish him and his family the very best of luck with everything. He will be deeply missed, and we will remember him fondly forever! We are also very grateful to the dental nurses, Petra and Agi, who have always been so friendly and helpful, just like friends. The gentleman at reception is also kind and helpful. As a new patient, I was feeling quite nervous, but Dr. Patrycja and the entire team immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly kind, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and my treatment was surprisingly smooth and completely painless. I can’t thank her enough! The reception staff were also wonderful—very professional, welcoming, and informative, which made everything feel seamless from start to finish. Been going to this practice for few years now. Just like to say the receptionist is really pleasant and helpful. Seems to go out her way to help and when she says she'll call back she does. Not like others, who say they will and don't. I see other comments made about the reception staff, and I agree about 2 years ago, the receptionist who was there was rude, abrupt and had no customer care skills at all, so I assume they got rid of her. ~ John G

Brilliant...I have no lower jaw back teeth. I have been resisting having dentures for a few years. I am a difficult patient as easily gag. However my Dentist Rihab persuaded me to consider. I had started to wear down my lower front teeth and had hairline cracks and chips to my top main two front teeth. Gave in to advice. Now have two superb fitted caps/crowns to my top teeth. I am not a vain individual but admit look good. Have had the initial dentures fitted today. So far two lower back teeth on either side with additions probably to be added in the New Year to the plate. I am amazed how comfortable they feel. To say I made Rihab's job difficult to start with, constantly gagging , was an understatement but the lady has the manner and patience of a saint. Assisted by her excellent Dental Nurse Eva I was calmed down and the procedures were completed without further interruption from me. In summary, a superb job, Rihab is a very talented Dentist 👏 👌 and team as a whole including very helpful receptionists. I cannot recommend the Practice and Staff too highly. Thank you. Now for a steak dinner in a few days 😋 , something have avoided for sometime!!!! ~ Peter U

What an absolutely fantastic experience. Since moving to Dorset I've been concerned about finding a new dentist as I've had bad experiences in the past. I needn't have worried. Friendly helpful and professional from the moment I walked through the door. Would highly recommend this service. If I could give 6 starts I would. Very friendly, attentive and professional service. Both the surgical dentist and dental nurse went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed before a wisdom tooth extraction, and followed up with care after the fact. Extremely good at what they do; no pain at all the next day despite it being a fairly major treatment. Highly recommended for their skill and service. ~ James H

I have just joined the dental practice and found the staff very professional. The dentist and dental nurse were very helpful and friendly. Felt at ease and I received a lot of useful information about the condition of my teeth.
